Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing

I rated only 4 stars because, in my opinion, it was a bit over priced. With that being said, we had an amazing stay. The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and well kept. I think $14 for a cocktail in the lounge is way overpriced but the bartenders were so amazing and friendly and the atmosphere was 5 star quality. I felt like a VIP the entire time I was there. My biggest and main complaint is that the garage parking was $20 per night and when I pay $150+ per night for a room, I think parking should be complimentary and included. Would I stay there again? Probably not, but only because I don't need to be pampered with VIP treatment.

The property is well located and easy to get to. The hotel room has a nice size and is new and very clean. I ordered room service for dinner. I found the food to be carefully made and tasty, despite my having ordered it at 10PM. I was worried care and attention to detail might slip at that later hour but it definitely did not. If you're looking for a full service hotel with very friendly employees who care about your satisfaction stay here. I am glad I did.

Pros: - Great service - Great perks--a gym, restaurant a pool/hot tub, laundry, and connects to a nice, nearby mall. - I was here for a conference, and it was perfectly setup and easy to use. Cons - This may not apply for everyone's visit, but when I was there at least one of the elevators was broken. It was a nightmare, especially on the higher floors--you'd wait upwards of 5 minutes for an elevator, which would then proceed to stop on every floor. Super annoying. - There was a coffee shop, restaurant, and bar, but so far as I could tell there coffee shop was never opened and the restaurant did not have any servers. Severely understaffed.

Getting negative out of the way first. Dirty towels scattered all over the pool area with no clean towels. Called front desk and they said they’d bring some, they never did, so my husband had to go get some from our room. The pull out bed in our room was very springy and hard, and the shower had obviously not been cleaned. Other than that, it was an amazing stay, the food at the restaurant downstairs was delicious, the pool and hot tub are great, and all of the staff was very friendly. We will stay again!

First time here. Would stay here again in a hearbeat. The people were very nice & showed that Hoosier Hospitality. Room was clean, beds very comfortable & shower was hot. No complaints. The area has plenty to do less than 10 minutes away.

Enjoyed an evening of Dinner Detective. This is absolutely a lot of fun and worth the money. The crowd interactions makes it so much fun. Definitely a fun atmosphere and I highly recommend this event. The food was enjoyable. If you are a person with a big appetite eat a little something before going. I heard a gentleman say he was still hungry, but it was plenty of food for me. Bring your thinking cap with you for sure!

A beautiful hotel that is attached to the Keystone Fashion Mall. My husband and I arrived during a snow storm and still had plenty to do since everything so close! Everything was very clean and well kept, the location was perfect, and we loved the pool/fitness center. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent and clean rooms. Food I ordered at the bar was excellent. Server at bar was great. Staff at front desk wasn’t the friendliest, and didn’t recognize status. You might be able to use a mobile key to get to room, but need it if you’re parked in the garage to get in and out of the garage. As well you’ll need it to get on the elevator to get to your room. Mobile key didn’t work.
